Remote Customer Service Representative (CSR I)

We’re hiring a dependable Customer Service Representative to support one of our national clients. In this role, you’ll be helping customers over the phone, answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and guiding them through their online portal so they feel confident using it.

This is a fully remote position, and we’ll provide the equipment you need to get started
 

Pay: $17–$20/hour

Schedule: Must be available to work EST hours

Location: Remote (U.S. only)

Equipment: Provided — just need reliable, high-speed internet

 

What you'll do:

  • Answer inbound and make outbound calls while providing a positive experience
  • Help customers register for and navigate the online portal
  • Troubleshoot issues and document interactions accurately

 

Must have Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED (or higher)
  • Call Center Experience
  • Corporate Customer Service Experience

Nice to have Experience:

  • Healthcare Industry experience
  • Military or Veteran background is highly valued
