Responsibilities of Remote Technical Support Associate (Night Shift): 

  • Responsible for maintenance of existing platform
  • Support software rollout for over 15+ sites
  • Escalate calls to the appropriate escalation point

Qualifications of Remote Technical Support Associate (Night Shift):

  • Prior customer service experience, ideally in a technical or healthcare environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft tools and services
  • Support experience with hardware and software
